NCD Certificate: Where applicable, investors receive a secure Non-Convertible Debenture certificate as proof of investment.
Notary-Attested Agreement: All agreements are executed on stamp paper and notarized to ensure legal validity.
Quarterly Financial Reports: Authorized Chartered Accountants prepare detailed quarterly reports for transparency and monitoring.
Asset Valuation Reports: Independent valuations of assets are conducted twice a year to track market performance.
LLP / SPV Partnership Entry: Investors' participation is formally recorded through entry into dedicated LLP or SPV structures.
